2. How much notice do you need to book for an event?
We recommend booking at least two weeks ahead for a library fragrance. A bespoke scent created for the event takes considerably longer, so involve us early in your planning. If your timeline is shorter, ask and we’ll tell you honestly what is possible.
3. Can you scent a large exhibition hall or just my booth?
Both are possible. We can scent a single booth to make it stand out on a crowded exhibition floor, or scale up coverage for a full hall if you’re the event organiser or headline sponsor.
5. Can you match the scent to my product or brand?
Yes. For product launches and brand activations, a perfumer can create a fragrance around the product or campaign, given enough lead time. If you already have a signature scent, we diffuse it at the event so your brand smells the same as it does in your stores or offices.
6. Do you handle teardown and equipment removal after the event?
Yes, full teardown and removal is included as standard for every event booking, so there’s nothing left for you or the venue to manage once your event ends.
