Spa & Wellness Scenting

Spa & Wellness Scenting

Aromatherapy

Scent is often the first thing a guest notices when they walk into a spa, before the décor or the welcome tea. We design and install scent programmes for spas, wellness centres and yoga studios across Singapore, from Sentosa’s resort spas to boutique studios on Orchard Road, in Tanjong Pagar and around Holland Village.

A well-chosen fragrance does more than set a relaxing mood. It carries your treatment philosophy through the whole visit and stays with guests after they leave. We work with your wellness positioning, from traditional aromatherapy to a modern minimalist spa, to choose or create a drom fragrance that feels like part of the experience you offer.

Signature Scenting for Spas & Wellness Centres

Every spa scent programme starts with your treatment philosophy, your guests and the mood each space should create. We then choose or develop a fragrance and install diffusers set for your layout, airflow and Singapore’s humidity, so the scent stays consistent and never overpowers a space designed for relaxation.

Scenting the Spa Zone by Zone

Arrival and reception. The signature scent introduces the spa, set so guests notice it as they step in from the heat.

Relaxation lounge. A softer version of the same scent, where guests settle before and after treatments.

Treatment rooms. The lightest level of all, or scent-free where a treatment uses its own oils.

Changing rooms, showers and wet areas. Fresh, with odour control where humidity builds up.

Retail shelf. The spa’s scent as room sprays or reed diffusers, so guests can take it home. See our branded scent products.

Why the Fragrance Matters More in a Spa

Spa guests spend long periods close to the fragrance, often while lying still with their eyes closed, so the quality of the oil matters as much as the machine. Our fragrances are created by drom, the Munich perfume house that is now part of Givaudan, and formulated within the IFRA Standards. Read more about our perfume house, or why professional scenting uses fragrance oils rather than essential oils.

Frequently asked questions

1. How much does spa scenting cost in Singapore?

Pricing depends on your space size, number of treatment rooms and equipment type. During a free consultation, we’ll assess your layout and provide a tailored quote. Most spa programmes are billed monthly, covering equipment, fragrance and maintenance.

2. Is the fragrance suitable for a space focused on relaxation?

Yes. We keep the scent subtle and calming rather than sharp or overpowering, because guests are often more sensitive to fragrance during treatments. Our fragrances are created by drom and formulated within the IFRA Standards.

3. Can you match the scent to our existing treatment products?

Yes. We can develop a signature ambient fragrance that complements the aromatherapy oils and treatment products you already use, so the whole guest journey feels cohesive from arrival to treatment room.

4. Will the scent be too strong for guests during treatments?

No. We keep levels lower in treatment rooms than at reception, because guests spend an hour or more close to the source. Some treatments work better scent-free, and we plan for that too.

5. How long does installation take?

Most spa installations are completed within a day for a standard reception and treatment room setup. We can schedule work during your off-peak hours to avoid disrupting bookings.

6. Do you offer ongoing servicing and maintenance?

Yes, ongoing servicing is included in our spa programmes. Our team handles scheduled refills and equipment checks so your signature scent stays consistent without any effort from your staff.
