ScentAir is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, and operates in many countries. Its Singapore office on Orchard Road serves as a regional base for Southeast Asia. It offers scenting systems that work through a building’s HVAC or as standalone units, library and custom fragrances for businesses, and home diffusers, fragrance cartridges and reed diffusers sold online. Its public website says it partners with fragrance houses and that its fragrances meet global safety standards, but it does not name the fragrance houses.

- Who owns the equipment, and who removes it?
- Is the fragrance a library scent or bespoke, and who owns it?
- Is the library scent sold for use at home, where your customers may meet it too?
- If the system connects to the building’s ACMV, who coordinates removal and the new installation with the landlord and M&E team?
Switching to us
We start with your current contract dates, so the changeover can be planned without a gap in scenting. We then assess the space on site and recommend equipment for each area. If you like your current fragrance, we will not copy another provider’s scent, but a drom perfumer can create an original fragrance in a similar direction, or you can choose from our library. Installation is scheduled outside opening hours on the changeover day, and our technicians service the programme from then on.
