Why Choose Us
HVAC-Safe Installation
Technicians trained specifically in AHU and FCU integration, so your building’s existing air-conditioning is never put at risk.
Islandwide Coverage & Servicing
Professional HVAC-integrated installation and maintenance for commercial buildings across Singapore’s CBD and beyond.
Built for Large & Multi-Zone Properties
Trusted for buildings where standalone diffusers alone can’t deliver even, building-wide coverage.
Scent Delivered Through Your Building’s Air-Conditioning (ACMV)
For large or multi-zone properties, running scent through the building’s own air-conditioning is often more even, and far less visible, than a row of standalone diffusers. We design, install and service HVAC scent systems for commercial buildings across Singapore, delivering a consistent signature fragrance through your existing ACMV, AHU or FCU network rather than adding visible hardware to reception desks and corridors.
Because the system runs through infrastructure that is already there, it scales with the building: one integrated system rather than a growing collection of individually maintained units. Our technicians work directly with your building engineers or M&E team throughout, so your air-conditioning performance is never put at risk.
How HVAC-Integrated Scent Diffusion Works
A concentrated fragrance is metered into your building’s central air-handling system at a low, calibrated dosage, then carried through the same ductwork that already cools the space. The result is even coverage across every zone the system serves, with no standalone units to top up one by one. For older or non-standard buildings where central integration is not the right fit, we use standalone diffusion units instead, with a comparable result.
Benefits of HVAC-Integrated Scenting
For large or multi-zone properties, ducted scent delivery is often more even and more discreet than standalone diffusers.
Even fragrance coverage building-wide
No visible hardware in reception or corridors
Scales efficiently across multiple zones
Works alongside your existing HVAC infrastructure
Our HVAC Integration Process
From site assessment to ongoing servicing, we manage everything so your facilities or M&E team never has to take on extra workload.
Site & HVAC Assessment
Our technicians review your building’s HVAC, AHU and FCU setup before recommending anything, so we know integration is genuinely the right fit for your system.
Safe, Scheduled Installation
Integration is carried out by technicians experienced specifically with commercial HVAC systems, typically outside operating hours to avoid disruption.
Calibration & Ongoing Servicing
The system is tuned to your building’s airflow and occupancy pattern, then handed over with scheduled maintenance built in, so your team does not need to manage it afterwards.
HVAC, ACMV and Aircon Scenting in Singapore
Overseas suppliers talk about HVAC scent diffusers. In Singapore, building engineers usually say ACMV (air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation), and most commercial buildings run it throughout operating hours. Whatever you call it, the principle is the same: a cold-air diffusion unit is connected to the air-handling unit (AHU) or, in smaller zones, to fan coil units (FCUs), and fragrance travels with the conditioned air to every space that system serves.
In multi-tenant buildings, any connection to the central ACMV normally needs landlord or building management approval. We prepare the technical information your building team will ask for and coordinate the installation with them. Where a central connection isn’t possible, standalone scent systems within the tenancy achieve a similar result.
Coverage Guide: Which Scent System Suits Your Space
| Space | Typical approach | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Single room, boutique or clinic | Standalone nebulizing diffuser | Simple, with no connection to building systems |
| Office floor, restaurant or showroom | Standalone units, or a unit on the floor’s AHU or FCU | Depends on layout and whether the tenancy controls its own air-conditioning |
| Hotel lobby, mall atrium or Grade A lobby | ACMV-connected system on the AHU | Even coverage across large, high volumes with no visible hardware |
| Multi-floor or multi-zone building | Several ACMV-connected units, calibrated per zone | Different intensity for lobbies, lift halls and quieter floors |
Indicative only. Every system is sized after a site assessment of air volume, airflow and occupancy.
Scenting Large Spaces: Malls, Atriums and Lobbies
Large, open volumes are where standalone diffusers struggle most. A double-height hotel lobby, a mall atrium or a Grade A office lobby has a high ceiling, constant door traffic and strong airflow, so a unit on a plinth scents the air around itself and little else. Delivering fragrance through the AHU that already conditions the space spreads it evenly, at a lower and more consistent level, with nothing visible to guests. Entrances, where Singapore’s heat and humidity meet the air-conditioned interior, are calibrated separately.
Our fragrances are created by drom and formulated within the IFRA Standards, made for cold-air diffusion, so they perform consistently through ductwork and smell the same with every refill. Read more in our guides to how commercial scent diffusion works and scenting large spaces.

Frequently asked questions
1. Will this affect my existing air-conditioning performance?
No. The integration works alongside your air-conditioning and does not interfere with its cooling or ventilation.
2. Is my building’s HVAC system too old or non-standard for integration?
Not necessarily. Older or non-standard systems are assessed individually, and a standalone setup is used where central integration is not appropriate. The result is comparable whatever the building’s age.
3. How disruptive is installation?
Most installations are scheduled outside operating hours specifically to avoid disrupting your team or tenants. Your building arrives to a fully operational system with no visible work in progress.
4. Does HVAC integration cost more than standalone units?
Installation typically costs more upfront, but it’s often more cost-effective than multiple standalone units across a large or multi-zone space.
5. Can the scent intensity be adjusted per zone?
Yes. Zones with different footfall or airflow are set independently, so a busy lobby and a quiet executive floor never run at the same intensity.
6. Who do I contact if the building’s HVAC contractor needs to coordinate with the scenting installer?
We work directly with your building engineers or M&E team during installation, so there’s no gap in communication or coordination between contractors.
7. Can a scent system be connected to the aircon in a tenanted office?
Often, yes. In multi-tenant buildings a connection to the central ACMV usually needs landlord or building management approval. We supply the technical details and coordinate with the building team; if approval isn’t possible, standalone units within your tenancy are the alternative.
8. Are the fragrance oils safe for the HVAC system and for occupants?
Our fragrances are formulated within the IFRA Standards and made specifically for cold-air diffusion. They are dosed at low, calibrated levels, and the system is serviced on a schedule so lines, nozzles and refills stay in good order.
